Hidden Treasures
Hidden treasures are little nuggets of inspiration that flow down from heaven and make you think of God’s love. This as a treasure hunt of spiritual quotes that each one of us needs to hear for provision to feed and quench our thirsty souls that need to be built up.
Proverb 3:13—Happy is the man that findeth wisdom and the man that getteth understanding

King Solomon in his prayer (1 King 3:6-15), asked God for an understanding heart to judge God’s people that he may discern between good and bad.

Solomon first humbly approached God with a humble and contrite spirit. He allowed God to hear his humility and limitations. He said "I am but a little child; I know not how to go out or come in." When we yield ourselves to God’s will and seek Him for understanding, then all the areas of our lives will be changed. We are letting God know that we have no hidden agendas and our motives are in line with His for our lives.

In order for us to receive wisdom, we must humble ourselves to the will of God. Understanding stands at the door waiting for us to say, not my will, but your will Lord be done.

Can God trust you with wisdom and understanding? Are you reckless with His word, His people and your life? If your answer flees from you, then get away from the distractions that will attempt to draw you away from hearing the Lord clearly, digest the Word in small bites, if you must, and sit still and listen to what God is saying to you. Be patient with the small voice and wait for His answer.
